Manage your Duster subscription and billing.
A valid subscription is required to unlock the full power of Duster.
How billing works
Duster partners with Paddle to process all payments, giving you a secure and transparent checkout experience. During onboarding you’ll be prompted to activate your subscription so you can start using Duster immediately. No charge is taken up‑front—you’ll enjoy a 7‑day free trial first. The subscription then renews on a monthly basis.
- Accepted payment methods: debit card, credit card, or PayPal.
- Access every Duster feature during the trial—no limits, no commitments.
- Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won’t be billed.

Managing your subscription
From the Duster dashboard, navigate to My Account → [Your organization name].
In the *Billing and Usage panel you’ll find:
- Plan name and current tier.
- AI credit usage for the current billing cycle.
- Renewal date so you always know when the next charge will occur.
- A Manage Subscription button that opens Paddle’s self‑service portal.
You can update your payment details, or cancel anytime. No support ticket required.
